The sticks themselves are fine, nothing really wrong with them, but I felt a little misled by how few came in the package. For the price, I was expecting more, and it kind of feels like the goalposts keep moving with stuff like this — same money, less product. I’ll probably skip ordering these again unless they increase the quantity or lower the price.

Customer service did eventually reply, which I appreciated, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. Reading between the lines, it felt like they might’ve been busy or backed up. Overall, it was fine, just not the quickest experience.

I tried these skeeter sticks out in my backyard, and they did seem to help, which was reassuring because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. If we were sitting close to them, the bugs were definitely less annoying. But once we moved a few feet away, we were still getting bothered quite a bit. I think they’re fine for a small patio or a little seating area, but I wouldn’t count on them to protect the whole yard

I received my order and it wasn’t even close to what I bought. Mistakes happen, but this is frustrating and I expect the company to take responsibility, fix it quickly, and make sure I’m not left chasing them to get the right items.

I ordered from franksskeetersticks.com because I was looking for something I could use without worrying too much about my dog. So far, it’s been a smooth experience overall. There hasn’t been any strong smell in the room, and my dog hasn’t had any weird reaction to it, which was my main concern.
Shipping was decent, not especially fast but not bad either. I’d probably give it 4 stars because the pet-friendly part seems to check out, though I do wish the website explained things a little more clearly.

I had mixed feelings about this one. It worked well for me and, thankfully, it didn’t make my skin itchy or irritated at all. I wouldn’t say it was amazing, but I’m glad my skin handled it fine.

I went with these because they were cheaper than a few other options I looked at, i don’t feel bad about choosing the less expensive one. The sticks worked just fine for what I needed, so I’m happy with the purchase.

I’ll be fair, they were fine while they lasted, but the burn time was disappointing for me. They seemed to go out way quicker than I expected, so I ended up using more sticks than I planned. Maybe they work better for others, but based on how fast I went through them, I don’t think I’d buy them again.

I get that some ash is going to happen, obviously, but this was just too much. It ended up getting everywhere and made cleanup way more annoying than it should’ve been

I really like these because they don’t have that strong chemical smell like some others do. They’re easy to use outside, and I can actually sit nearby without getting annoyed by the odor. if they ever change the formula and make them smell harsh, I’d probably switch to something else.

I came here with my kids and had a really good experience. The staff were kind to them and didn’t seem bothered at all, which I always appreciate as a parent. It was easy to look around, the atmosphere felt relaxed, and I didn’t feel stressed trying to keep everyone in check. Definitely a nice, kid-friendly place.

I was ready to buy because I thought there were some decent discounts available, but none of the codes I tried actually worked. The site made it really hard to tell what was still active and what had already expired, so I ended up wasting a bunch of time just guessing.
When I got to checkout, the price stayed exactly the same, and there wasn’t much explanation about why the codes weren’t applying. The product might be totally fine, but the whole discount situation was super annoying, so I just left without ordering.

We used these a couple nights out by the fire pit and they actually helped with the mosquitoes. It wasn’t like they were totally gone or anything, but it was definitely better than using just that spray stuff we had before. Easy to set up, and the smell wasn’t too much, which I liked. It did take a bit before you could really tell it was doing something, but overall this worked well. I’d say 4 stars.

I tried using this for a bit, but after looking more closely at the ingredients, I just didn’t feel great about it. Why take the chance, especially around my kids? I ended up stopping because I couldn’t shake the feeling that it might not be the safest option for our home.

My order showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The skeeter sticks smelled fresh right out of the pack and burned just fine, no stale or funky odor or anything. compared to some others I’ve used… yeah, these were good. I’d buy them again.
